Updating a Location
If the Operator has changed the facility settings of QuickDoor after setting up the location on your Smart Phone (e.g. configured a new entrance, or deleted an entrance), you will be notified in the App as shown here.
In case of this, please update the site information:
- Click on Edit (top right corner of the screen)
- Select the Location you want to edit
- Click on the Update Icon (top right corner of the screen)
- Scroll down to save the updated Location
- Click Done (top right edge of screen) to finish editing
The Location is now updated on your Smart Phone.
Please note that the QuickDoor App currently only supports the German language. Support for other languages is in progress.
