Explanation QuickDoor App
This app replaces keys, smart cards, etc. for authorized, controlled access to premises, buildings and building areas.
Operator: Is the service provider who has installed and operates a QuickDoor system for an entrance opening.
QuickDoor App: is that app used to open entrances, such as doors and/or gates, in conjunction with the QuickDoor system
Location: building of the operator for which access is enabled using QuickDoor.
Device ID: Is the unique identifier of your smartphone.
Collection of data when using the QuickDoor app
When setting up a location, the following information is required from you, which, if successfully set up, will be stored on your mobile device for future requests to open an entrance:
Operator ID: Ident number of the operator of the site.
Email address: Which has been deposited with the operator by you
Password: Security code (storage optional)
For security reasons, your device ID will be transmitted to the operator of the site during setup as well as future requests to open an entrance. If you are known to the operator with the above information, your device ID will be registered with the operator for future requests when the site is set up – that is, the device ID will be linked to the username and password. Thus, security for access is maximized by only accepting requests from that one device about opening an entrance.
The QuickDoor system (accepts requests from the QuickDoor app) can also be operated with interfaces to other systems (Salesforce, Storeganise, WordPress, etc.). In these configurations, your device ID is stored in that system.
When setting up a location, the operator must know the phone number of your mobile device so that a security code can be sent to you for one-time registration, which you must provide during setup.
Presence detection (location detection)
The operator can configure the QuickDoor system in such a way that
a) when the QuickDoor app requests you to open an entrance, it uses Bluetooth to determine whether you are near the entrance
b) when selecting the location in the app, the exact location of your smartphone (latitude and longitude) is used by GPS to determine if you are near the entrance.
The operator can configure the QuickDoor system with WIFI information. This information is then made available to you in the QuickDoor app to allow you to use the QuickDoor app in environments without network availability (e.g. basements, underground garages, etc.).

The QuickDoor App contains embedded content that is configured and managed by the operator:

The operators are solely responsible for all of these contents and representations!
Objection or revocation against the processing of your data
